The innovative “TCZ” Z-shaped chain conveyor, developed by Silos Córdoba, offers versatile applications and cost-saving solutions for customers in civil engineering works. It allows for the combination of different conveyor sections with varying slopes to address specific installation needs or obstacles.

This simple yet efficient design merges the features of the TCI chain conveyor with newly designed conveying sections, offering several advantages such as reduced civil engineering costs, the ability to overcome obstacles and elevation changes, and the option to install it as a vent conveyor for material reception or to mitigate steep inclines on lengthy chain conveyors.

APPLICATION 01
Optimizing or removing civil engineering tasks, leading to substantial cost reductions.
This setup, connecting a vent conveyor to an elevator, bypasses the need for extensive civil engineering, aligning the elevator with the chain conveyor’s level without necessitating a pit, thus considerably minimizing space requirements compared to conventional setups.

APPLICATION 02
Ideal for situations requiring level adjustments, transitioning from horizontal to inclined conveyance. This configuration allows for seamless level changes, starting with horizontal conveying before transitioning to an inclined position.

APPLICATION 03
Suitable for scenarios necessitating level adjustments in multiple stages: first horizontal, then inclined, and finally horizontal again. This option facilitates overcoming elevation changes and returning the conveyor to a horizontal orientation after navigating obstacles.

APPLICATION 04
Designed for applications requiring level adjustments in reverse: starting with an inclined section before transitioning to horizontal conveyance. This setup enables the conveyor to negotiate obstacles while maintaining smooth horizontal movement.

Enhancing operational smoothness, the inner skid guides the chain during directional changes within the ascending section, ensuring uniform operation and reducing wear.

ASCENDING SECTION
The ascending section unit facilitates directional changes, accommodating various slope configurations.

DESCENDING SECTION
Allowing horizontal movement and accommodating different slope angles, the descending section unit provides flexibility in conveyor operation.

ANTI WEAR MATERIAL
Utilizing anti-wear HDPE material 100, both the bottom and upper guide sections are designed to ensure longevity by reducing wear on surfaces in contact with the chain.
