HEAD SECTION
The main attributes of the TCI heads include their sturdy and polished exteriors, along with a simple design. They incorporate a cutting-edge anti-accumulation system designed to prevent material spillage in case of a jam, ensuring smooth operation.
Furnished with a reaction arm, made by Silos Cordoba, inspection windows, and securely bound to the intermediate bodies using side strips, among other functionalities.
INTERMEDIATE SECTIONS
The updated connection system between intermediate sections facilitates faster assembly and provides sturdier joints, capable of accommodating lengths of up to 3000 mm.
Standardly, the intermediate sections come equipped with high-quality wear-resistant material at the bottom, with the option for optional installation on the sides.
TAIL SECTION
Thanks to its design, all mechanical components are fully enclosed for protection. It includes a chain shock absorber system that ensures a longer lifespan for the chain and prevents breakage.
Moreover, the chain return system requires minimal maintenance while maintaining optimal chain tension.
The anti-accumulation system prevents the accumulation of grain residues at the bottom of the tail section. Moreover, a rotation sensor is included as a standard feature.
