The industrial bucket elevator by silos córdoba is designed to withstand the harshest conditions encountered in grain handling and transportation. Its sturdy and robust design ensures years of dependable service. Constructed from S350GD or S450GD galvanized steel sheet with Z-600 metal coating, the ECI Bucket Elevator can efficiently handle a wide range of grains, seeds, legumes, and pellets.

HEAD SECTION
The head section of ECI boasts a sturdy and simplified design.

Particularly notable is the reaction arm, exclusively designed and produced by Silos Córdoba, along with the secure attachment of the head section to the rest of the equipment and the assembly housing the bearings.

Internal curved and reinforced wear protection guarantees a prolonged operational lifespan. Maintenance tasks on the head section are easily and promptly accomplished due to the accessibility of its components.

INTERMEDIATE SECTIONS
The intermediate sections stand out for their simple design and assembly, consisting of only three distinct parts.

The link between these intermediate sections strengthens the elevator’s overall stability and facilitates the swift installation of stairs and the head section platform.

REGISTER SECTION
The design enables swift access to the belt and/or buckets, simplifying maintenance with easily accessible doors that also ensure a secure seal to prevent grain leakage.

TENSIONING SECTION
Due to its design, all mechanical components are hidden, providing full protection for the elevator against harsh weather conditions. It includes a newly engineered pulley to prevent grain buildup, and its interior is constructed with durable materials to prolong its lifespan.

Additionally, it comes equipped with standard belt misalignment detectors and rotation sensors.
