INTERNAL SLEDGE
Internal sledge is an inner conduit positioned on the roof and wall of the silo, facilitating uniform product flow to prevent breakage during loading.
LEVEL SENSOR
We provide instruments capable of measuring product levels at fixed points or continuously.
Additionally, we manufacture supports for various options and offer a fully integrated system.
THERMOMETRY SYSTEMS
Silos Córdoba offers a comprehensive grain temperature and moisture measuring, monitoring, and control system for the interior of the silo. This system includes supports for different probes tailored to the structure of our roofs.
FUMIGATION SYSTEMS
Our engineering team has designed a pneumatic ventilation chimney closure system, improving silo conditions for fumigation purposes.
PERIMETER HANDRAIL
The perimeter handrail enhances safety during maintenance work on the silo roof.
INSULATION
To enhance product preservation within the silo, we provide an insulation system tailored for products prone to chemical composition changes (such as processed rice or white corn) or in regions with warm climates. When the silo’s interior temperature experiences significant fluctuations, rapid nighttime cooling can lead to inner condensation, potentially compromising product quality or steel integrity.

VENTILATION
For effective grain conditioning and conservation, all silos across various capacities and product types are equipped with a ventilation system. The ventilation system required for each silo is determined through a technical assessment considering grain type, environmental conditions, silo.
FANS
Additional ventilation for tropical climates or products prone to condensation is provided by fans. Our offerings include axial fans with plastic or aluminum propellers, each accompanied by specific supports.
TURBINES
The necessary fan, whether average or high-pressure, is determined through a technical evaluation based on required air and pressure flow, grain type, environmental conditions, silo volume, and dimensions.
GRAIN COOLING SYSTEMS
Grain cooling and dehumidification systems are recommended, particularly for facilities in tropical climates with high humidity and average annual temperatures, as well as for long-term storage facilities.
