CYLINDRICAL BODY
Our silos, characterized by a cylindrical body and a 30º sloped roof, are engineered to store grains, seeds, and pelletized products.
GALVANIZED STEEL S450GD
Constructed from galvanized steel S450GD with high elastic tolerance and a minimum Z600 coating, equivalent to 600 g/m2 of zinc.
STANDARDS
Silos are manufactured in compliance with various standards, including European EUROCODE and US ANSI standards, to suit diverse customer needs.
CORRUGATION PITCH
A corrugation pitch of 104mm ensures smoother wall rings, preventing grain accumulation during discharge.

WALL RINGS
Silos Córdoba offers a range of wall ring thicknesses and pre-lacquered sheet metal options with different finishes. Additionally, baked paint layers can be applied for larger thicknesses.
SILO ACCESSIBILITY
Our silos feature inspection doors for maintenance in the second wall ring and on the roof. Access stairs are designed for safety and ergonomics, compliant with standard UNE-EN ISO 14122-2, and made of highly resistant galvanized steel.
ROOF CHIMNEYS
Our chimneys ensure proper silo ventilation and are designed to prevent water ingress even in adverse conditions. Anti-snow kits are available.
STIFFENERS
The minimum galvanization for stiffeners is Z-600, with thicker stiffeners being hot-dip galvanized.
ROOFS
We have enhanced roof designs with Z-profile structures for higher load capacities, enabling mechanized transport with a performance of up to 1,500 T/h.
INSPECTION WINDOWS
For visual inspection, our silos are equipped with inspection holes on the roof, facilitating easy access from stairs.
WIND RING
Maintains the silo’s cylindrical shape against wind loads, enhancing rigidity and safety. Can be installed on the roof or wall ring based on silo diameter and height.
