GRAIN CONDITIONING

Ensuring Proper Grain Storage

Conditioning is crucial for maintaining grain quality and preventing losses. According to FAO, 20% of the world’s harvested grain is lost due to fungi and insect proliferation. Our product range includes systems for correct grain conditioning to ensure high-quality storage.

We provide the following conditioning systems:

SYSTEMS FOR CLEANING

Our cleaning systems are designed to eliminate dust, debris, stones, organic material, metals, and any other impurities from the grain, ensuring a clean product that maintains its quality over time.

Our grain cleaning equipment includes:

• Pneumatic pre-cleaner with rotary disc, capable of handling up to 80 t/h
• Pneumatic pre-cleaner with internal inverted cone, with a capacity of up to 320 t/h
• Screen precleaner, capable of processing up to 320 t/h
• Dust extraction systems integrated throughout the process (depending on the installation).

VENTILATION SYSTEMS
Our range of ventilation systems includes centrifugal fans and the necessary connection systems suitable for any type of grain, regardless of humidity level. These ventilation systems can be seamlessly integrated with temperature control systems, allowing the fans to automatically activate or deactivate based on the required temperature of the stored grain.

DRYING SYSTEM
After harvest, grains typically retain a high level of moisture. Therefore, once cleaned, they must undergo a drying process before storage to prevent fungal growth or grain germination.
We provide a range of equipment to reduce the moisture content of grains, including:

• Drying towers with capacities ranging from 3t/h* to 191t/h*.
• Various burner options such as gas, diesel, and biomass systems.

SPECIAL COOLING SYSTEMS
Mobile grain cooling systems complement ventilation, reducing temperature in extreme environments to maintain optimal storage conditions.

We provide expert advice on grain conditioning systems to meet all storage facility needs.
