BELT CONVEYOR

Its robust and durable construction guarantees reliable service for years to come. Made from galvanized steel sheets of S350GD or S450GD with a Z-600 metal coating, the TBI Belt Conveyor efficiently handles various grains, seeds, legumes, and pellets.

HEAD SECTION
The TBI heads are characterized by robust and clean finishes, along with a simple design.
The swing inspection gate simplifies cleaning and maintenance duties within the head section, where the belt cleaning system is also situated.
INTERMEDIATE SECTIONS
Equipped with a drum system, the intermediate tensioning section ensures proper belt tensioning, particularly crucial for reversible or very long belts.
TENSIONING SECTION
The intermediate section’s simple and modular design allows for optimal configuration of the belt conveyor. Roller configuration is tailored to each conveyor model’s production requirements, with optional hoods available to protect materials from adverse weather conditions.

Featuring a simple and efficient tensioning system, the tensioning section utilizes a squirrel cage pulley design for enhanced belt cleaning.
