The assembly of the first phase of the grain storage facility at Bandar Imam Khomeini port in Iran has been completed. It is an ambitious port project for the storage of oilseeds and wheat designed entirely by Silos Córdoba.
The grain silos we are erecting in Kazakhstan are already on Google Earth. It’s a turnkey Project in the port of Aktau.
The installation of NKF grain silos at Iran port facility is at an advanced stage. The silos facility will be used to store soybeans, corn and wheat and is expected to be operational by the end of September.
World’s largest steel silo plant for oil extraction industry is currently at an advanced erection stage in Iran. The Port facility, for the storage of soya bean, corn and wheat will be equipped with 48 Flat bottom silo 24.45/17 (8 rows 6 silos each), with a unitary capacity of 10.204,00 m3.
Most often, the value of the grain (in dollars-per-tonne) is usually greater than the cost of the structure in which it is stored. Minor expenditure in improving the quality of the storage can thus be quickly recovered if commodity losses are commensurably reduced.
